Southern Arizona native, self-identified “Political Prankster” (says so on his business card) and one-time nemesis of Richard Nixon, Dick Tuck turns 89 today. For those who are unfamiliar with his remarkable career, a good summary can be found here.
Tuck, his loud socks and bow ties are a frequent sight around Downtown Tucson. Folks will be gathering to celebrate his birthday with him at the Shanty tonight.
