    I guess if you are low or moderate income with kids and don’t earn enough you’re a leach on the backs of the providers and you’re undeserving.

Most people, at some time in their lives, have made so little money that they don’t pay income taxes. Republicans, too. Maybe for a year or two. But they start working again or get back on their feet. Mitt thinks that 47% of America is permanently lazy.
