		<description>You clearly did not listen closely to what Montgomery said at his press conference.  He&#039;s demanding the evidence the DOJ says it has but won&#039;t reveal -- evidence on SYSTEMIC violations of civil rights by MCSO. The Arizona Republic has repeatedly asked for the same information (guess that makes them Joe&#039;s henchmen too, eh?)  Montgomery pledged to toss any cases that MCSO has submitted for prosecution that have civil rights violations -- if only the DOJ would hand over the evidence of such violations.  That&#039;s hardly something a &quot;henchman&quot; of Arpaio would say.  In fact, if you understand the larger implications of Montgomery&#039;s position, it&#039;s not good for Arpaio at all.  Get your facts straight before you parrot the New Times.</description>
