Folks, our favorite vexatious litigant is not giving up on his quest to strike Jonathan Rothschild from the ballot. He filed a motion appealing to the State Supreme Court.
Mind you, this still means Home is off the ballot (he’s not appealing that one). He won’t be successful, but if he was, it would leave a general election with just a Green party nominee, either Dave Croteau or Mary DeCamp.
