The Legislature's approval rating is in the tank and I don't think Lujan can shake that off. I bet Rotellini and Rabago will cast Lujan's AG run as a stepping stone to Governor's office. I've only seen Rudy Garcia speak to prominently Latino audiences and that cholo thing doesn't even work well in that setting.
