I still think it hurts either way. The Legislature's approval rating is in the tank and I don't think Lujan can shake that off. I bet Rotellini and Rabago will cast Lujan's AG run as a stepping stone to Governor's office.

It should be interesting an interesting race, I'm just wondering who has a better chance against Thomas.

How would lack of legislative progress drag Lujan down?

It's not like the GOP leadership has been talking to him or anything!

Frankly I think he's better off for not having anything to do with this mess.

After meeting with Rotellini I was impressed. Vince might be an interesting candidate but he needs to get out there and stop making "appearances" and just go for it already. Any chance the lack of legislative progress might drag Lujan down?

1. DNCovention in August in Phoenix? Bad idea. It's miserable, even for us desert natives. Plus, there's not much to do for the 10,000 people who will be without a car.
2. I've only seen Rudy Garcia speak to prominently Latino audiences and that cholo thing doesn't even work well in that setting. I have plenty of "orgullo" about my people but he's not someone that represents us well. De hecho, me da un poco de verguenza.
3. Congratulations to Amanda!
4. Do you say Vice Musical Chairs or is it Musical Vice Chairs? I'd like to see more Pima County people run.
5. I don't agree that State Meetings need to be on the I-10/I-17 corridor, even though I didn't go to Kingman. The weekend-before-Thanksgiving was just a bad time to have a meeting. If it had been at another time of year, Kingman would have probably gotten a bigger attendance. (Do ya think that football game had anything to do with low Tucson attendance?)
