He could walk into a restaurant where there were 50 people eating, shake everyone's hand and give them a pleasant greeting and leave pretty much every one of them feeling like he had gone out of his way just to meet them. I think I posted this on your other board, but when I lived in Moriarty, NM, Bruce King was a fixture in the community and volunteered time at the school. He did a lot to make schools, communities and other institutions better across NM and he will be missed. He was a neighbor to me as well as a man I greatly admired.
