I was just about to blog on that. Great minds and all. I’d forgotten about that part of the interview. Can you just imagine what was going through Janet’s mind through that thing? “I can’t believe I’m sitting next to this flipping moron…”

Mo Udall: “The politician’s prayer: ‘Oh Lord, let my words be soft and tender, for tomorrow I may eat them.’”

I think I just threw up in my mouth more than a little.

Donna, I would have paid Money for the interviewers camera to pan out to show Secretary Napolitano’s reactions as this soon to be former Governor spoke too!

I don’t understand you Obamacrats who continue to worship J-Nap. She bailed the state to take another job as soon as things looked like they were going to get a little tough.
Governor Palin’s integrity, family values, and stick-to-it-ivness stand as an example to us all.

Nice touch, Republitard! Stick-to-it-iveness as demonstrated by quitting mid-term first term? Stick-to-it-iveness as demonstrated by five colleges to get a degree? Integrity, family values? As demonstrated by allowing her underage daughter to sleep with her underage boyfriend in her own house? This makes as much sense as Republican legislative leadership defying the gov. to veto their bill at the last minute!

Georgia,
One might surmise from Repulitard’s name that he is being facetious.

Republitard has mastered the art of parody trolling to such a high degree that it’s understandable that people unfamiliar with his skill would take him in earnest. Naturally, there’s even an internets term of art to describe this situation: Poe’s Law. Poe’s Law holds that someone will always mistake a wingnut parody for the real thing, due to the often astonishing resemblence between the absurdity of the parody troll’s rhetoric to that of many actual wingnuts. If you look up Poe’s Law on RationalWiki you will find in-depth explanations, formulas, charts, and debates which are instructive as well as hilarious.
