At risk of sounding cranky and humorless (I’m frequently the former and never the latter) stuff it, Marty. I hope you and APS enjoy your unneeded tax cuts.

It really is amazing how the Republicans are beholden of APS and the like. Don’t these people realize that during the suspension there have only been rate increases? Why are they allowed to “tax” the consumer in their little monopoly?
