A Sandwich is a Sandwich, But Blagojevich is a Heel
Jump to Comments
I’ve already heard of one pundit declaring that Rod Blagojevich’s surprise appointment of Roland Burris is political genius.
Yeah, we can call it that because the guy has had such a pattern of brilliant moves. Let me play chess against this guy, ’cause Garry Kasparov he ain’t.

Well, he is DARING the senate to NOT seat a Black man as Obama’s replacement. HE see’s it as a lock that his appointment will stick.
To me, it tells me that Burris is a fool for taking the appointment. It doesn’t matter if there was any sort of deal or not, there will ALWAYS be that cloud hanging over his head, even if his appointment is rejected by the senate.
Burris is really the big loser in this one. And he doesn’t see it.

And I so hoping that he was going to appoint George H. Ryan

There you people go again, bringing up Governor Ryan, who committed no wrongdoing other than being a Christian and a Conservative. He was accused, tried, and convicted by the liberal media and his celebrity ex-wife.
On the other hand, Barack Hussein Obamavitch clearly has a lot of explaining to do. It is clear from the many mentions of his name in the Blago Tapes that he has been handing glove with the Governor and was likely in on the whole scheme. The presence of his close ally, “former” Black Panther terrorist Bobby Rush, at the press conference is further proof.
Democrats have been dragging their feet on this issue because they know that this is likely to bring down their whole party. They refuse to condemn Blago or call out Obamavitch for his collaboration. A special prosecuter needs to be appointed pronto.

Damn straight, Republitard. Ya think Ken Starr will be available?
BTW, how does that “handing glove” thing work? Is it some super-secret liberal initiation ritual?

As usual, the Radical Left resorts to mockery when they are confronted with THE TRUTH (104.1).
By the way, that should be JUDGE Starr.

Republitard: I mentioned George Homer Ryan not Jack Ryan. I was given the impression from your response that you are referring to Jack Ryan.
Nothing like a little wikipedia for some New Years Eve research fun:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jack_Ryan_(politician)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Ryan
George Ryan is in Jail, thats why I was rolling my eyes

Republitard:
Wrong Ryan!!! George Ryan was convicted of corruption over contracts, not Jack Ryan, husband of actress Jeri Ryan who said he tried to get her to have sex in public.
Get your names right before hurling, accusations or otherwise!!!

Tucson Mark: I tried to post a similar response earlier Wednesday afternoon - but for some reason I am still awaiting “moderation” - I knew those wikipedia links would hold me up!
But yes, I was referring to George Homer Ryan.

Oh republitard … hahahahaha you must be pretty embarrassed right now. Man, love the giggle I got at your expense. Thank you and happy new year.
Think he’ll post an apology to VWgirl now?

I will never apologize for standing up for freedom.

Maybe we should have bet on the likelihood of his/her answer having any link to the discussion at hand.

maybe you should all bet on the likelihood that a person with the name republiTARD is just a troll saying whatever they think stereotypical KTAR mouthbreathers would say in response to this blog.

Satire ceases being funny when it has to be explained that it’s satire…
