I've literally never seen a group of people so terrified of criticism in my life. Or healthy competition. Republicans act like it's an affront to God and America that they should have opponents in political contests. Or that those opponents should outshine them in any way (witness the childish tantrums thrown by the r/w punditocracy to Obama's Berlin speech today). Of course a wingnut thug like Justice is going to attack a public servant for having the audacity to oppose Joe Arpaio. I mean, it's not like the poor delicate thing (AKA America's Toughest Sheriff)could ever fight his own battles. That's why we taxpayers of Maricopa Co. have to fund an entire department of PR flacks,including one devoted entirely to international PR, IwishitwasnttruebutIsweartogoditis, to protect our precious little lamb from the deadly barbs of people like Isabel Garcia. “Right wing political correctness” has also become a tautology.
