Update From Rules and Bylaws Committee

Mr. Super has been sending me updates from the Rules and Bylaws Committee. Here are his first few:
Outside crowds have started to die down. Nearly all rally signs were professionally made- not home made. No significant Obama presence.
A lot of activists have taken to the lobby and are watching the mtg on big screens. They are largely well behaved.
In the room- Nelson testifying. Partisan audience supporting him.
