No Man Escapes the Manhunter!

I read today that Barack Obama has secured the endorsement of Paul Kirk. The reports all say that Kirk was a former chairman of the Democratic Party. Of course, long time readers of DC Comics know that Kirk was The Manhunter. The cover-up of this is further evidence of the MSM Conspiracy.
No word yet on the critical endorsements of Dan Richards, Mark Shaw, Chase Lawler, Kirk DePaul, Kate Spencer or Starker and his trusty robot Arky. On a related note, J’onn J’onzz has been quiet on the race. Some of you may remember that he ran Tucson Water for a while.
Kirk will be a tremendous help to Obama should he ever have to tussle with the Zen Archers of Pandurang.

Longtime DC Comics readers will also remember that Paul Kirk: Manhunter! died heroically during the destruction of the island headquarters of a secret conspiracy known as The Council (not the DLC). Subsequent sitings of Mr. Kirk were actually evil clones which were created by The Council and let loose on the world before the island’s destruction.

Oh my God, J’onn J’onzz! This was one of my favorite moments of absurd humor in those comics. On earth, he was John Jones. But his real name (he was “man from Mars,” right?) was J’onn J’onzz. I suppose J’onzz is a common Martian name, like S’mitzz and H’rnondzz.
