For some reason, one particular post in from June of 2006 became a favorite target of spambots advertising pornography. The “comments” that were posted would not have been a problem since the post was so old, except that they all showed up in the “recent comments” section on the side bar. Some of these were up for several hours before I was able to delete them, so if any of you were offended by them, I am sorry.
I went back and turned off the ability to comment on that particular post. So, if any of you still have something to say about the Sierra Club and League of Conservation Voters endorsing Gabrielle Giffords over Patty Weiss in June of 2006, I suppose you’ll have to comment elsewhere.

Oh sure; The WaPo sez that this is the best Az. politics site, and you take out the best part!
