A spot of good news for Hillary Clinton: in the last couple of days she closed the gap with Barack Obama in Rhode Island and is now ahead of him in at least one poll.
My question is this: if Rhode Island is Clinton’s only victory on Tuesday (a possibility), how does Mark Penn spin this as the only one of the four contests that counts?
