Bill Clinton, October 25, 2004:

Now, one of Clinton’s laws of politics is this. If one candidate is trying to scare you and the other one is try get you to think, if one candidate is appealing to your fears and the other one is appealing to your hopes, you better vote for the person who wants you to think and hope.

  • “KLF is gonna rock you!”

  • It is good to see that Barack Obama is not John Kerry. Amazing. This Hillary commercial was introduced and within two hours, Barack’s Campaign had out a response ad and talked with the press about how Hillary was trying to “scare up some votes” he went on to emphasize that judgment was needed for “Red Phone Minutes.”

I’ll bet she’s sorry she started that because its liable to set the tone this weekend as voters make up their minds. Most commentators think she lost that one.

    We will see on Tuesday!

  • If she becomes the nomiee, I wonder what she’ll say when the conservative 527’s run similar ads against her???

Whomever the nominee is - expect the Republicans to shred her/him into fine bits. One good quality Obama has is a kind of coolth (new word) and a lovely sense of humor. Myself, I’m waiting for John Edwards to come back on a white horse and save us all!!!!!
