An Important Note for Today

I just go this from the Hillary Clinton campaign. Those of you that have trouble voting, remember that you can cast a provisional ballot. I hope this problem isn’t wide spread.

Amidst several reports of irregularities at various polling locations, the Arizona for Hillary campaign today wants to assure Arizona voters that in any case they can fill out a provisional ballot on site and they should not leave without casting a vote.

“We want to make sure that Arizona voters’ voices are heard and that they understand they can submit provisional ballots if their names are not on the registration list,” said former First Lady Hattie Babbitt. “This election is so important and we want to make sure Arizona voters understand their voting options.”

Reports of irregularities have included registered voters’ names not being on the registration lists, identification problems, changes in polling place locations voters have not been notified of, and voters who were not provided the opportunity to vote by provisional ballots. In all of these cases, voters can and should submit a provisional ballot.

  • I was mysteriously off the voting list when I went to my normal polling place this morning. I have had the same address for 14 years and the same party affiliation (not Independant) for much longer than that. I just voted in a local election not more the 4 months earlier with no issues. I requested a provisional ballot. I cannot check to see if that is valid until 10 days after the election according the Az Sec. of State office. This issue is more widespread than being reported. The volunteers showed me a list of more than 40 people before me (@ 9am) that needed provisionals also. They were mystified by the large amount of people not being on the lists.

  • Does anyone know why it is 9:58 and there are still no results from Pima? What is up?

  • Something is really up. It is 11:25 and only 13% of the Pima vote has been released.

  • Did you forget the democratic party crazies fought to have a vote tabulation system that worked changed with all this oversight out of fears someone was jacking their elections? You guys wanted transparency out of some unknown fear of votes being manipulated. Enjoy it - this is what you wanted - this is what you all prayed for everyday.
