Gawd, They Let Anyone Write Editorials These Days

Some long haired freak claiming to be a State Representative had an op-ed in the Tucson Citizen yesterday about commuter freight rail and the possibility of an I-10 bypass.

  • Alas, the hair may hang long, but it covers a little less forehead these days.

Happens to the best of us - and the worst of us, so why not the Brothers Prezelski.

  • Though commuter rail was mentioned, the op-ed was not about commuter rail, but the need to plan for freight rail. Commuter traffic accounts for a very small portion of the traffic problem on I-10. Ted would have known this if he read the piece in question.

I guess it did not help that the headline writer used the word “transit” in the title. Arrgh.

  • Oh…I’m sorry, I had you confused with Farley for a second.

  • I read the article…it was too serious. And Arizona’s Answer to Michael Bolton Circa Early 1990s had a very valid point.
