I got an e-mail from EMILY’s List yesterday. They are announcing that they are endorsing Regina Romero in her race for City Council.
She’s got her primary on Tuesday, and she’s cruising to a likely victory. After that, she has no opponent in the general election. Here I thought the “E” stood for “Early.”

You sure it was Emily’s List and not Arizona List, the state level organization loosely affiliated with Emily’s List? I thought Emily’s List only endorsed federal candidates, like Gabby or Hillary, and not local city council candidates. I believe Arizona List endorses state level and local candidates.

The e-mail I got was from EMILY’s list…Arizona List has been helping Regina for a while.

Emilys list has a program called POP (Political Opportuinity Program) this is for local races.
