Sic Semper Chuckleberry!

Bruce Ash has been scribbling furiously on here. You may remember a few months back when he was installed as national committeeman for the Republicans, and folks thought that this guy was going to be a calm, reasonable voice for the party in contrast to the divisive Randy Pullen. This was a view shared only by folks who have never heard his radio commentaries.

So, what we have learned from Ash on here is that Sharon Bronson, Richard Elías and Ramón Valadez are “tyrants” and we need “regime change.” This is more the sort of language that you’d expect from some lefty blogger who throws in the phrase “Bush crime family” like its a mantra rather than from an official representative of the party of Lincoln. Well, at least he didn’t compare any of them to Hezbollah. I guess that’s a plus.

The most laughable charge is that of partisanship. Not because Elías and crew are free of the awful taint of partisan action, but because of who the criticism is coming from. Given Ash’s current position and past activities, for him to criticize anyone’s partisanship would be a little like Paris Hilton calling someone a no-talent slut. It also is a bit silly to criticize folks for partisanship, while in the same post gleefully engaging in partisan attacks and blaming the statutory actions of the county assessor on his party affiliation.

Ever notice when one of the Democrats has money spent in their districts, it’s an example of partisan mismanagement, but when money gets spent in a Republican district, it’s an example of “effectiveness?” More on that one later.
