New UFCW Report on Basha’s
Earlier this week, UFCW Local 99 presented a report to legislators regarding a pattern of ignoring employee complaints and intimidation of workers by management at stores owned by Basha’s. Kyrsten Sinema made a statement at a meeting arranged by her for Basha’s employees and State Representatives:
Their report paints a troubling picture of employment practices at Bashas’ Inc. that will be shocking to anyone who thinks they know Bashas’. After reading their report you will wonder, why have Bashas’ employees put up with the situation as long as they have? I’ve joined them in calling for a strong voice at work and the freedom to form a union. Employees can rest assured they will not be alone when they call for fairness from Bashas’ Inc.
I’ve uploaded a copy of the report here. Check it out before you make your next trip to the grocery store.

until 6 years ago i was a 13 year employee with Bash-ASS they beginning treating employees as numbers instead of employee’s (they say family) what a joke. if this state cant see through Bash-ASS policy’s (wal-mart tactics) they are going to steal where they may. Falsely firing employees, lying to govt. agency’s you name it iv’s been through it with them 3 law suits later with two won outright and the third they ran me out of money before court so had to settle out of court Bash-ASS should be fined out of existence but the back pocket politicians wont let that happen.

Why do workers have to be treated so badly before anyone notices? The the law should be protecting workers/citzens, not the profits of Bashas.
