Bee or Not to Bee

Tim BeeLittle question for you, I know that the Senate immigration compromise is probably dead, although all sorts of things can happen. We know where most of our federal officials are on it, except maybe Jon Kyl (for it before he was against it?). What about our potential federal officials. I’m thinking of Tim Bee. His 2006 campaign page (still up) features border and immigration policy as his number one issue. You’d think he has some sort of opinion on it.

Yeah, I guess I could use his past record as a guide, but that isn’t always handy. If you need an example, Kyl is exhibit A.

  • “You’d think he has some sort of opinion on it.”

What exactly does that mean? “You’d think”? Should he be punished when no one has asked him and he’s not a candidate? According to the little troll who used to be labor secretary, Robert Reich, Gabby Giffords could be president–”you’d think” she’d have an opinion on the nuclear football. I don’t know what it is so she must be hiding something.

  • Billy-

I’m asking precisely because no one asked him…just wondering that’s all.

  • I don’t remember seeing anything about how members of the House would vote on this. Also, you should, but apparently won’t, note that Kyl is still working on this bill. Reid pulled it. Kyl and most Republicans wanted to keep working on it.

  • Comrade Ted,

Soon you will be calling this man YOUR Congressman! Gabrielle Pelosi will have plenty of time on her hands starting in 2009! Go Bee - Sting that Liberal!!!

  • Wow, Tedski.

Now I feel important. The master Tedski posts a story similar to something I posted awhile back.

Regarding the other comments, whatever. Asking his position on immigration is a perfectly appropriate question.
