Grijalva on Colbert
I read on Saturday that Raúl Grijalva will be doing a “Know Your District” segment on The Colbert Report. My first reaction was, hey, you give that to the Star and not to me? What’s up with that? Where is the love?
Anyhow, Grijalva will be taping the segment in a couple of weeks for a probable June airing. Grijalva is doing this despite Rahm Emanuel’s recommendation that no members do the show. This hasn’t seemed to stop anyone. Although, last week a congress wannabe was making noise against Robert Wexler because of jokes he made on the show.
Emanuel should know that Grijalva is not one to follow instructions. He also should know that Grijalva can handle Colbert just fine. You have to remember, he had to sit next to Ed Moore for years.
Well, Raúl, make sure to ask Colbert how it was to work with Amy Sedaris on Exit 57. And see if you can get her number for me.

I think this is great! It shows Congressman Grijalva has a sense of humor and is in touch with the political youth in this country! Can’t wait until it airs!

Rahm Emanuel should keep his big DLC nose out of it. Who is HE anyway? A shill who undeservedly gets credit for the take-over despite his hand-picked conservative Democrats like Tammy Duckworth losing all their general election races.
Rahm Emanuel is the biggest, most egotistical puke in our caucus. I am glad Raul is doing Colbert. Hello, STEPHEN COLBERT IS ON OUR SIDE, RAHM!!!
