At the Radio and Television Correspondents Dinner, Karl Rove did a rap about himself. I keep hearing how this shows he’s got a sense of humor about himself, because middle-aged white guys pretending they are hip is always funny. Well, that’s what the middle aged white guys in the room are writing. You know, always funny, like those whacky gay neighbors on sitcoms are always funny, or commercials with cute monkeys are always funny. At least, I’ve been told that they are always funny.
Word to your mother, Karl: if you can’t rap, it doesn’t mean you are funny, it just means you can’t rap.
