Is Jack Reading This Blog?
Sometimes, I hear things and the egomaniac in me wants to think that my blog had something to do with it.
Remember how I poked fun of Sen. Jack Harper for complaining about the State Veteran’s home but he couldn’t be bothered to show up for a scheduled tour? Well, he showed up bright and early this morning requesting a tour. I’d love to think that he bowed to pressure from this here blog, but, that might be a little much.
The one interesting detail is that Harper demanded to see patient records and logs. Before, I poked fun at Harper’s lack of knowledge about the differences between the responsibilities of federal and state officials. He may need to do a bit more checking with federal laws. Since he will be investigating a nursing home, he may want to familiarize himself with the HIPAA statute that says that he can’t be poking around patient records.
Given his style and behavior at hearings before, one wonders what he was hoping to do with the records.

“Egomaniac”? Pffft. You can’t get more egomaniacal at Washington and 17th than Jack Harper. Never has an ego been so large on someone who so didn’t or couldn’t live up to it.
He also needs a haircut that is commensurate with the decade he’s in. Fool. But, hey, could any other haircut fit that personality and “brains” he has?

Thank you for seeing through this Repub charade and trying to broadcast it.
I’m always astounded by how my Arizona Repub majority rules, and, when caught, try to spin their inbred incompentancies.
My fellow citizens know what’s right. I only hope they will pay attention, wake-up, and send Senator Harper and all of our appointees and Reps whose oversight and agendas are disgracefully negligent packing.
All they do is spin their mistakes onto the minority. Take them OUT!
