Over the last few days of finalizing this blog’s new “do,” I have gotten advice from Eric Lybeck and Tony Cani. Eric has been a friend since high school; Tony is a more recent friend that I know through political life. Eric has been very good about steering me to “plug-ins” that make this blog easier to use. Tony realized that I had reserved the “.net” version of this name, and took it upon himself to reserve the “.com” name to prevent mischief. I want to make sure I thank them both for the help that they have given me.

Both have their own blogs that are worth checking out. Eric’s blog, Sonoran Sea, has been running since the last century. Tony Cani’s blog, Wactivist, is a bit more infamous.

Hmmm, I love the category of this post “shameless self promotion”.
It is risky to have a category like that though. I feel like you (and most of us bloggers) would then need to use it for EVERY post we do.
Aw, shucks Ted, that is nice of you. You are the one doing all the hard work, though. I am just cheerleading for my favorite blog.
