That Roy Warden, Persecuted Again for Exercising his Right to Threaten People

Most of you, no doubt, have heard the news that Roy Warden was given three years probation for assault and intimidation for an incident back in June when he burned a Mexican flag in front of the Mexican consulate.

Apparently this liberal activist judge did not agree with Warden’s novel legal theory that attacking someone and threatening to shoot a child is covered by the First Amendment. Someone must have gotten to him.

The judge suspended most of Warden’s fine, so it was reduced to $300. Warden’s attorney, Gary Kreep (I am not making that name up), claims that Warden is indigent and can’t pay the fine. I bet Warden would have a decent job, if only someone hadn’t given it to one of them Messicans.

Obviously, the judge fails to see that the probation, which enjoins him from going to any public demonstration, keeps Warden from doing his important work. Maybe Warden can pay someone to shout threats into a bullhorn and burn Mexican flags. I’m trying to think of a group of people that would be willing to do the work cheaply…

  • Hay, guess what you left wing Doofus?

Within the next ten days I will be standing in front of the Tucson Municipal Court, armed with my Glock, excoriating illegals and those who employ them, warning everyone that the first one to offer me the threat of deadly force will get his freaking head blown off and Burning more Mexican Flags.

And oh yes. I’ll be telling that old fart Judge Hays he can shove my sentence right up his fat hairy ass. My name is Warden, and I’ll carry a firearm and speak my mind on illegals any goddamned time I choose.

Don’t think I have the guts to humiliate a City Judge right to his face? Don’t think I’ll dare him to try and take away my gun all by himself?

Come on down and watch the fun!

    Don’t think

  • I think Mr. Warden shows a great deal of respect for you Tedski by choosing to capitalize Doofus in his comment above - maybe you should show the same level of respect for him.

Of course - using a question mark at the end of the sentence is baffling (or maybe genius, who knows). Try to read that sentence as a question - it is fun.

Also, he spelled excoriating correctly - but messed up “hey”.

In the words of Bill Murray in one of my favorite movies the Royal Tennenbaums - “my goodness, how intereting and bizarre”.

  • Actually the fact that there are threats posted on here is troubling.
I am sure that the real Mr. Warden would not be so foolish as to post on a public blog in a threatening manner.

  • Oh, Elizabeth, you give far too much credit to Mr. Warden. (I’m calling him Mr, because I do not want to become acquanted with his Glock)

    :)

  • Elizabeth…
I assure you that the above was indeed written by Warden, the Notorious Mexican Flag Burner.

    Whhere’s the threat?

Judge Hays lacks any power whatsoever to stop me from political communications, Mexican Flag Burnings, and carrying (and using) a Glock in self defense.

Maybe you people should come down to the Federal Bldg. on Saturday and watch me openly defy the Judge now that he’s sentenced me to stop demonstrating for three years and stop carrying a gun in self defense.

Maybe you should learn that the Rule of Law does not belong to the Government to do what it pleases.

The Rule of Law is to protect the public from harming each other and to protect the public from the unlawful conduct of the government. And Judge Hays Order was unlawful.

    Roy Warden

  • Looks like Roy has a new friend!

  • Mr. Warden, there are alternatives to violating a court order regarding your public actions. One is to appeal your case.

They do not include telling the world that you are going to be outside a government building armed with a gun and that you will use that gun on a person if that person does something you deem to be “using deadly force.”

Because that is a threat and I doubt that anyone with any reason would not see it that way.

  • Hey, Elizabeth:

You like to talk like you’re open minded but your left wing political views keep getting in the way.

Of course I appealed my conviction.

The hard core left wing has repeatedly threatened my life. Assistant Tucson Police Chief Kathleen Robinson so testified at my trial. That’s why, prior to any public speach, I issue the following warning:

“Do not attempt any violence against me. Do not penetrate my roped off area intended to protect public safety when I burn the Mexican Flag. Because if you try to physically stop me, or try to threaten me with deadly force, I will take defensive measures.”

Where is the threat? It is a warning, pure and simple. I will not retreat in the face of violence.

You don’t like what I have to say so you support others who don’t like what I have to say. And that would include right wing employers who exploit Mexico’s poor.
