Word to C-SPAN junkies: Harry Mitchell will be making his first speech before congress today. I don’t have an exact time, but it should be sometime over the next few hours. He will be speaking on funding stem cell research.

Harry Mitchell is not in the blue dogs, and whilst having a moderate image, is actually a solid progressive.
