Bruce Merrill’s KAET poll has been released, and it is up here.
As I reported earlier, Jim Pederson is within the margin of error, and Jon Kyl still hasn’t broken 50%.

These polls are very interesting. On October 17th NAU released a poll saying that Prop 107 had 44% strong support and 33% strong opposed. Now ASU says that only 30% support 107 and 56% oppose it. One of our universities does not know how to poll.

i will go with the better university, and my own straw poll of friends around the state. this prop is going down, as is kyl. i am a conservative in the true sense, and i am doing everything i can to defeat kyl, the bootlicker of bush. he is not our rep, he is W’s rep in the senate. HAD ENOUGH, VOTE AGAINST KYL, THE RUBBER STAMP.

The NAU poll had a small sample and a huge margin of error. The ASU had a huge sample and a small margin of error. Between the two, it’s fair to say the ASU poll is closer to an accurate snapshot of the electorate.
